Reservation Method--------

Reservations will be made by individuals before Wednesday, 9.09.2026 by:

- By Calling 1-888 HYATT HP (1-888-492-8847) (Hyatt Place)

- By going online to Hyatt.com and entering reservation using G-MTWD as the group/corporate number

Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates and

will be credited to the Group’s Guest Room Block.

Cut-Off Date

The "Cut-Off Date" is September 9

th

, 2026. After the Cut-Off Date, all rooms within the Total Guest Room Block

that have not been reserved will be returned to Hotel’s general inventory. Reservation requests for rooms within the

Total Guest Room Block received after the Cut-Off Date will be based on availability at Hotel’s prevailing rates and

will be credited to achieving the Guest Room Revenue Minimum. Only actual reservations for Event attendees will

be considered valid room reservations. After the Cut-Off Date, canceled guest rooms will be returned to Hotel’s

inventory. Name changes on, or other transfers of, room reservations will not be accepted after the Cut-Off Date
